Our Boat (Hull & Machinery) & Third Party Liability cover will protect your Sailing Boat against theft, accidental damage, malicious damage and salvage charges. This cover also includes up to £3 million Third Party Liability as standard. Boat (Hull & Machinery) Sailing Boat Insurance also covers you for racing (local club racing only if your boat is 27ft or larger). So, if you take part in club-organised races in your Sailing Boat, we’ll cover you for races that take place at your club as well as those organised by other local sailing clubs.
Sailing Boat Insurance will cover your boat up to a maximum of 50ft. in length. Sailing Boat hull types covered include, monohull and catamarans. Marinas, ashore, pontoon and swing, trot or pile are all mooring types that can be covered on a Sailing Boat Insurance policy. Racing is covered as standard, but restricted to local club racing if your boat is 27ft or larger. Sailing Boat Insurance will protect your boat against theft or damage, or protect your liability if your boat causes damage to another boat, property, or injury to a person.
